What you will need to start service.
- Completed Customer Application
- Copy of Photo ID of the applicant
- Copy of the lease agreement where applicable
- $50.00 deposit (cash, check, or money order only)
The deposit will be applied to your account after one year of service.
All previous and current customers must call our office prior to submitting an application in case there is an outstanding balance or in the event the deposit may be waived. Failure to do so may result in a delay to your service
